in plants. Identification of genes for cold acclimation &
mechanism of freezing injury. Impact of calcium & nitrogen
nutrition on potato tuber quality (including storability)
& yield under heat and drought stress. Use of natural
lipids to control fruit ripening, quality, storability &
retardation of senescence.
